1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.

3. Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

4. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
If you would like to request international delivery, please contact us at info@cbjanvms5r.wpdns.site, and we will do our best to accommodate special requests where possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

Death Decor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or carrier-related delays

  • Customs or import delays (if applicable)

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 business days if:

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item

Send your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue to info@cbjanvms5r.wpdns.site.
We will respond promptly to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

8. Address Changes

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@cbjanvms5r.wpdns.site, and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will notify you.
Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds may be issued minus original shipping fees if the order is cancelled.
