1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Death Decor.
If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right by offering returns, exchanges, or refunds according to the terms below.

If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return procedures.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective upon arrival.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number in your email.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever you prefer.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Contact your payment provider for confirmation.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is in transit, it must go through the return process after delivery.
