Order processing

Once processed, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as the package ships. Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout — we can’t be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.

Rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and method.

Domestic shipping

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer.

International shipping

We don’t currently offer international shipping. Need a special request? Email info@deathdecor.com and we’ll do our best to help where possible.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email after shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier site to update.

Delays & lost packages

Death Decor isn’t responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer shipping info, natural disasters, strikes, carrier issues, or customs. If a package is lost, contact us right away — we’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, help arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order on delivery. Contact us within 5 business days if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong. Include your order number, photos, and a short description to info@deathdecor.com.

Address changes

Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change the address. Reach out immediately and we’ll try to catch it before dispatch.

Returns due to non-delivery

If a package comes back because of a bad address or failed collection, we’ll notify you. Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you cancel instead, refunds may exclude original shipping fees.

Overview

This policy applies to purchases made directly on deathdecor.com. If you bought through a third-party retailer, contact them for their return process.

Eligibility

• Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items showing use, wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards and downloadable products
• Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

If something in these categories arrives damaged or defective, contact us — we’ll still help.

How to return

1. Email info@deathdecor.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a Return Authorization plus shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. Use a trackable service — we can’t cover items lost in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email approval or rejection. Approved refunds post within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (banks may take longer). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we erred or the item arrived defective.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For a like-for-like exchange, email us. Exchanges process once the original item is received and approved.

Damaged or incorrect on arrival

Notify us within 5 business days with photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit — your choice.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t seen a refund after 10 business days, check your bank statement, then your payment provider. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll dig in.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped. Once in transit, use the return process after delivery.
